- A non-refundable deposit of £20 is required with reservation. In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the room. Should this not be possible, 66% of the total reservation will be required. We advise you consider insurance.

- Guest rooms are available for arrival from 3pm.

- We would appreciate guests advising us if they expect to arrive after 6pm to ensure that the room is not re-let.

- We regret the hotel is unsuitable for children.

- Well behaved dogs are allowed by prior arrangement at no charge and the dogs bedding must by supplied by the owner. Please note, dogs are not allowed in public areas.
